United Care Products is a dynamic firm, developing, marketing and selling innovative transfer aids for the healt care sector. Our own philosofie is at the basis of our work, in which the mobility of the caretaker, the fysical stress of the person providing the care, safety, continuity of the transfer and the care production of an organisation are our core focussing points.

United Care Products and United Care
Except for the usual disciplines within a company like ours, United Care Products has a relatively large R&D department. We think that the knowledge about products and the application of our products, as well as a continous process of improvement, are important to our customers, but also to us as a company.

United Care supplies products and services. Next to this, we advise our relations to enable them to use transfer aids in the most optimal way in their organisation. This can be done in various ways like advicing about organisational improvement, transfer policies, education and training programmes, quality systems and risk evaluations and inventarisation of aid products.

United Care, continuous development of knowledge.
During the years in which we have been working in the health care sector, we have been working on products that can improve and maintain the mobility of caretakers, together with these caretakers, but also with the providers of this care. These efforts have led to the development of several products, from which one is known as the James, a raising lift that maintains the personal mobility of a caretaker as long as possible due to its natural postural curve. Another example is the Betty, enabling caretakers to get in and out of bed individually.

Mobility
Improved mobility of persons with a mobility problem will keep them longer self supportive and active. This does not only reduce the time that is needed for transfers of caretakers, and therefore the physcial stress of the person providing the care, but also the quality of the care. With our own factory in The Netherlands, we are able to react adequately on specific demands in the health care sector. Special alternations on transfer aids are usually not a problem. This enables us to reduce fysical stress for the person providing the care as much as possible and creating maximum quality in transfers of a care taker.

United Care and Safety
Safety is seen by us as the most important demand on our products. Therefore we have developed our own safety program to maintain maximum safety.
