United Care is located in Winschoten. Here we have all our departments in one building. As all our employees are located together, close cooperation can be guaranteed, which leads to more efficiency in communication as well. We offer you a small digital tour through our company, in order to give you an idea on how we are working. Off course you are always more than welcome to pay us a real-time visit as well.

Sales and Service
Located on the road-side of our building are our sales and service department. This is where the people are, with who you are likely to have the closest contact. They can advice you on the purchase of new products, but are also able to help you in solving malfunctions over the telephone. If a malfunction shows to be too complex to solve by phone, they will arrange for a mechanic to drop by, or, if necessary, that a replacement hoist is sent to you.

Showroom and United Café
Centrally located in the building you can find our showroom. Here you can have a look at the broad range of products we offer. We can also give demonstrations. While enjoying a cup of coffee or tea in our United Café, together we can look which of our hoist fits best with you or your organisation.

Training
In our building we have a special area reserved for courses on how to use transfer aids. A thorough instruction is of utmost importance in order to have the maximum benefit from the transfer aid. Safety is one of the most important aspects of our instruction sessions. Correct usage of transfer aids is important for both caretaker and carers.

Factory
The factory is located on the backside of the building. Most of the products that are delivered by United Care are manufactured and/or assembled here. This guarantees complete knowledge of all the products.

Our Research and Development department has its own reserved area within the factory. This is where our R&D employees test new products, but also innovate existing products. By having our manufacturing and R&D departments located close together, communication lines between the departments are short. This creates a synergy that enables us to smoothen the production process and to solve potential problems with products as efficient as possible.

Warehouse
A large warehouse is also part of the building. This is where keep a stock of hoists and spare parts. Sufficient stock enables us to offer maximum service 24/7, both when you need a new hoist as when your hoist is not functioning anymore due to a defect part.

Next to all technical parts we also keep articles that suffer from wear, like slings and batteries, in stock. When batteries and slings have been used for a certain period of time, they suffer from wear and cannot be used anymore. Replacing these articles in time can prevent incidents and inconviences. Thanks to our stock, we can provide replacing articles to you within a few days after you have ordered them.

Mobile Service
We have several mechanics located throughout all of The Netherlands. These mechanics know all the products delivered by United Care. Next to this they carry a wide range of spare parts with them, in order to replace parts when necessary.
