Service and Periodical Maintenance
United Care can provide you with a contract for all periodical maintenance on delivered products. This contract will start at the day the products are delivered, in order to make sure you can make optimal use of the product. However, because health care institutions often have their own technical service departments, we can also help you to train this department, enabling you to do maintenance and small repairs independently.
Periodical Inspection and Maintenance Contract
With a Periodical Inspection and Maintenance contract (PIO - Dutch abbreviation), United Care can provide you with annual inspections of transfer aids. Based on this inspection you will receive an inspection report and advice about possible repairs. Next to this we can provide you with annual inspections for chargers and accessories, the so-called NEN3140 inspection
All-in Maintenance Contract (VOTS-Contract - Dutch abbreviation)
Often customers like to have fixed contracts for instruction, breakdown repairs, preventive maintenance and inspections. From organizational perspectives, it is favorable to be able to control and plan the involved costs. If you agree on a VOTS-contract with United Care, you pay a monthly fee per hoist and we will take care of all the problems that might occur. The contract usually includes an annual inspection, preventive change of 2 battery once every two years and hoist-related slings and fixing of all breakdowns caused by normal use including call out charges, material and assembly costs. To keep the care process as continuously as possible, we can also provide you with a temporary replacement hoist. If you are interested in a VOTS-Contract, please contact our service department
