Service and support are important for United Care. The service starts directly when the product is delivered. We can take care of inspections and maintenance of the product for you. Next to this, we can instruct your personnel, in order to make sure that they make maximum use of our product. Another possibility is that we train your technical service department, making you independent from us when maintenance to the product is required.

Technical Service
United Care has a Technical Service that can take care of breakdowns of the product, but can also provide the maintenance. If you have questions about our service, or in case there are any breakdowns, you can always call our technical service department. Often we can already solve small breakdowns together with you over the phone. If not, than our technical service will make sure that the breakdown will be solved within two days. And if we can not repair the product instantly, we can temporarily provide an alternative product for you, in order minimize impact on the care you have to provide. You can contact the service department via telephone, email or fax.
